Start with Find Supply to review listed petroleum products. Compare product specifications, quantities, locations and delivery terms, then open a relevant listing to review the available details and enquiry options. Listings are opportunities to investigate; confirm current availability with the supplier.

Use Post Buyer Request and specify the full required product specification, quantity and unit, loading or delivery location, delivery basis and timing. Include any seasonal or destination-specific quality requirements. A sulfur limit alone does not describe the complete product you need.

Browse the marketplace for the product and grade you require. Availability depends on current listings and supplier confirmation. For AGO/gasoil, jet fuel or fuel oil, provide the exact specification rather than relying on a broad product name. If a suitable listing is unavailable, post a buyer request.

State your preferred loading location or delivery destination in the request and review any relevant location filters in Find Supply. Confirm the named terminal, port or place, actual availability and offered delivery terms with the supplier. Naming a trading hub does not confirm stock at that location.

There is no single minimum stated here for all products. Check the listing and confirm the supplier’s minimum order, available quantity, unit and shipment arrangements. Include your required order size when making an enquiry.

State whether you need a one-off purchase or a recurring programme. For recurring supply, include the quantity per shipment, frequency, intended duration and first delivery window so suppliers can assess the requirement.
