Company verification concerns the business information and supporting documents submitted for a company profile. Use consistent company names, registration details and contact information throughout your submission.
Product verification
The information behind a listing
Product verification is recorded separately for each listing. A verified company profile does not automatically give every product a verified badge. Keep product specifications, quantity, location and supporting information accurate.
How the process works
01 · Prepare
Check your company details
Sign in and confirm that your company and contact information is current. Have the documents requested by the verification form ready before submitting.
02 · Submit
Complete the verification form
Enter the required information and upload the requested documents. Make sure files are readable and relate to the company named on your account.
03 · Review
Allow the submission to be assessed
Submission does not mean immediate approval. Reviewers assess the submitted information before assigning a verification outcome. If clarification is requested, provide the specific details needed.
04 · Follow up
Check the outcome and keep details current
Review the status available in your account. If a submission is rejected, check any available feedback and contact GPA for guidance on the next step. Update information when your company or product details change.
Understand the verification status

| Verified | The company or product has been marked verified for its respective review. | Keep the information current and confirm the terms and documents for each transaction. |
| Rejected | The submission has not been accepted for verification. | Review available feedback and contact GPA about corrections or further review. |
Verification status and public listing visibility are different. A verified product must also meet publication and marketplace visibility requirements to appear publicly. Featured placement is a separate setting.
Before you submit
- Use the same legal company name and details across your profile and documents.
- Provide clear, complete and current documents as requested by the form.
- Check product descriptions, quantities, units and locations for accuracy.
- Provide information you are authorised to submit on behalf of the company.
Verification supports marketplace review. It does not guarantee stock availability, product quality at delivery, payment or the successful completion of a transaction. Both parties should confirm the counterparty, specifications and agreed transaction documents before proceeding.

How long does verification take?
No fixed approval time is promised on this page. The review depends on the information submitted and any clarification needed. Contact GPA if you need an update.
Does company verification verify all my products?
No. Company verification and product verification are separate. Each product has its own verification status.
Does a verified badge guarantee a transaction?
No. Confirm the specific product, availability, commercial terms and transaction documents with the counterparty for each purchase or sale.
