Prepare a product listing buyers can assess

Clear listing information helps buyers compare supply
DetailWhat to include
Product & specificationProduct name, grade and relevant quality parameters. For EN590, describe the required full specification rather than relying on “10 ppm” alone.
Available quantityQuantity and unit, plus any minimum order or recurring supply capacity that applies.
Origin & locationProduct origin and current supply or loading location, where known and appropriate to disclose.
Delivery termsOffered delivery basis, named port or place and expected loading or delivery window.
Commercial offerConfirm the pricing basis, validity, payment terms, inspection and supporting documents when discussing a transaction.

Keep your supply information current

Review your listings when stock, specifications, location or delivery timing changes. Update availability through your dashboard and avoid presenting unavailable supply as a current offer.

Before proceeding with a buyer, confirm the counterparty, agreed product specification, quantity, price basis, inspection arrangements, payment terms and delivery responsibilities in the transaction documents.

Company verification and product verification are separate checks. A verification badge does not replace either party’s review of the specific transaction.
